You'll see various payment statuses in your dashboard. Below is a simple explanation for each status type:

  • DRAFT: An unfinished invoice

  • SCHEDULED: An invoice or tip request that will be sent at a later time, like during regular business hours.

  • SENT: This means that the merchant has sent a payment to a client

  • VIEWED: The customer has opened the link sent via text message and seen the first step of the payment process.

  • PAYMENT STARTED: This means that a client has started the checkout process

  • PAID: This means that a client has successfully completed a payment
